Mary Canady

We live in bodies that were designed before electricity. This creates problems for us in a world that has developed into an energy specific world. If this is the case then what is different for our body in an energy specific world? The problem is the negative effect of EMF on the human body. Bio Resonance is defined as the tendency of a cell or cell system to vibrate at a specified frequency. Optimal Bio Resonance means a cell needs to vibrate at an optimal frequency for that individual cell.

The study of understanding the problem began in 1920’s Russia with Georges Lakhovsky. His work with generating and looking at the effects of harmonic frequency is today called Bio-resonance.

The ensuing years have brought greater understanding about the effect of frequencies on our bodies. All evidence points to a total negative response to the central nervous system from electrical usage and generation.

The following account is my personal understanding of that negative effect at this time.

The EMF (electromagnetic field or frequency) is invisible to the naked eye and has an effect on the central nervous system at the cellular level. EMF is generated by anything that uses electricity or generates electricity.

This understanding means that our increasing dependence on electrically produced or consuming items increases the disturbances in our central nervous system.

It is believed that all the odd aliments we now have are in some way connected to disturbances of the central nervous system (Restless leg syndrome, auto-immune diseases, etc.)

Our job then to keep our bodies (central nervous system) working at the optimal level is to reduce the effect of EMF.

To do this let’s look at how our body should be.

Our body wants to be in coherence or balance and having all of our molecules dynamically interacting with each other. This is facilitated by hydration and body temperature and constant motion across cell barriers. So when something interferes with any of these processes reduction in cell mobility (lack of energy) occurs. Physical manifestations in a state of ‘ lack of energy’’ allow malfunctions at the cell level. We all know what happens when anything malfunctions. They breakdown and that is where we all live today at a cell level unless we can find something to bring us back to optimal cell vibration.

I have found products that allow our cells to select the optimal frequency on their own. To be in balance/coherence at the cellular level allows us the energy for our body to work optimally.

I have seen this occur personally for over the last three years and for others of that length as well.

From coherence jewelry & performance activation sprays (optimized personal use), vita lasers (food optimization), and Mero Vectors (optimized environmental conditions).

A combination of products has produced wonderful effects for everybody.

Example:

A Mero Vector (21st Century Feng Shui) machine allows an optimized energy flow in the environmental space that provides an internal/external harmonic energy flow for everybody in the space. If that is then combined with a performance activation spray for serenity or power then the optimization of serenity or focus and concentration is increased exponentially. This can result in attracting ones intentions and the ability of each person to remediate their own issues.

Knowing that we can all be our best in the New Year –

Holiday Project

ON CHRISTMAS, SPEND A FEW HOURS WITH US—YOU'LL GET BACK MORE THAN YOU GIVE.

WE PROMISE!

Would you like to bring peace, love and merriment to some Orange County nursing home residents? Please join us ON Christmas, December 25th, from 11:00 am to 1:30 pm to spread cheer at area nursing homes.

The facilities we are visiting are in North Orange County—Buena Park and Anaheim. We will meet first and then "fan" out in small groups to sing and/or talk with residents.

Each year, more than three million people spend their holidays confined to institutions. Many have outlived their relatives and friends or for some, those people have moved far away. Life for some of these people is often a lonely experience with few opportunities to make a difference.

The Holiday Project is a national non-profit organization of thousands of volunteers who, every year, visit with hundreds of people spending Christmas and Chanukah and other holidays confined to hospitals, nursing homes and other institutions.

What to bring?

Your love for others * Soft homemade cookies * Song sheets for Christmas Carols

Bonus Opportunity

Also we are looking for contributions to pay for warm, brightly colored slipper socks. We are getting a really good deal from a supplier so we can give them to each of the residents.

Say YES, and please feel free to invite others or pass this along! The more volunteers, the more assisted living facilities get visitors! Please respond as soon as possible by email (betsydensmore52@gmail.com) or a call (949-500-2381).

Flash, Universe Provides Insight (UPI) press

It was announced today that Superman has replaced Clark Kent, the mild mannered reporter for the Daily Planet.
Superman revealed that he and Clark Kent are one and the same. Superman confessed that his decision to hide was initially made in order to fit in with the establishment. Ashamed that he was able to leap tall buildings with a single bound, he created the mild mannered persona of Clark Kent. “It is no longer possible to hide behind a meek reporter’s image, so that I will be safe from humiliation because I am different.” The hero went on to acknowledge all the Supermen and Superwomen on Earth who face life fully without hiding behind a mask.
The cape’s out of the bag, so to speak. Superman, as an advocate for all the hidden supermen and women in the world, announced that the time has come for them to step forward as themselves. “The Earth needs humans to step into their full potential, without regard to the need for approval, security, or control,” said Superman.
When asked who inspired this revelation, Superman acknowledged it was the actor, Christopher Reeve, who taught him that it is not physical strength, but strength of character, determination, dedication, love, and the willingness to be vulnerable that convinced him to “get real.” Every human has their own “kryptonite” that has the potential to weaken them. A truly great person learns to overcome their challenges and turn them to strengths.
Superman hopes that his decision will inspire others to live fully and rise to the challenge of becoming powerful heros and heroines in their own lives. That, concluded comic book hero, “is the way to transform your world.”

Top 10 Anti-Aging Tips

By Aurora Winter

THE PROBLEM
Our environment is making us sick. Physical and emotional stress cause premature aging.

Every day we are exposed to thousands of toxic chemicals. They are everywhere, all the time, and they’re a big part of why we get sick.

Every day we are bombarded with thousands of incoming messages — advertising, email, voice mail. It’s like drinking from a fire hose. Our fast-paced world often creates a sense of overwhelm and anxiety. That emotional stress accelerates aging.

Intense emotional stress can even trigger sudden death. As reported on CBS News, doctors at John Hopkins University have confirmed that the sudden death of a loved one really can cause a broken heart. They have dubbed the condition “broken-heart syndrome.” Tragic or shocking news can stun the heart and produce heart attack-like symptoms, which can result in death. Emotional stress is something to be treated seriously.

The American Cancer Society says that 90% of all cancer is environmental. Our drinking water can contain over 700 chemicals. Scientists estimate that we consume an average of 8 pounds of preservatives each year. When you wrap your food in plastic and then microwave it, you create carcinogens from the dioxin in the plastic. Dioxin is one of the most potent carcinogens known to man.

Although we can limit our exposure to them, chemicals in the air, water, and soil are largely out of our control.

We do have control over our diet and lifestyle, however. The choices we make affect our health, vitality, and longevity.

THE SOLUTION
The first step is to take the responsibility for your own health. The good news is that, by making changes, you can reverse aging by up to 17 years.

“The biggest obstacle to people’s health is stress,” says Dr. Michael Galitzer, an anti-aging endocrinologist based in Los Angeles. “Sure, you can detoxify, eat right, and exercise, but getting your emotional and mental state under control is the most important measure you can take.”

Toxic emotions such as anger, resentment, guilt, shame, and grief all need to be released. Choose a qualified therapist or certified coach to help you free yourself of these prematurely-aging emotions.
Grief, resentment, and anger steal your vitality. When I work with my clients, the years seem to melt away.

For example, one of my clients is a 59-year-old woman who thought her life was over after her husband died. She was miserable. People avoided her. After working with me for a few months, she released her grief. She became excited about her future. People were eager to be around her. She’s now got a twinkle in her eyes and a bounce in her step — and a much younger boyfriend.

In terms of taking care of your body, it comes down to the simple basics that your mother taught you. Eat wholesome, healthy foods, including fruits and vegetables, drink water, exercise, and get your beauty sleep.

“Sleep is a huge component in anti-aging,” says Dr. Ron Rothenberg, an anti-aging specialist based in San Diego. We live in a culture that seems to think sleeping is a waste of time. What most people don’t realize is that by choosing to be chronically sleep-deprived, they are aging faster.

Give your body everything it needs, including vitamins and minerals. Get your hormones checked by your doctor. Be proactive and get informed about your health. I also recommend reading “Ageless” by Suzanne Somers.

Another key to leading a vibrant life is to surround yourself with positive, successful people. People who are living their life’s purpose have a youthful zest for life that’s contagious. Choose to be one of these people yourself.

Find your passion. Do not settle for a mere job when you could be living your calling. People who are living their passion are inspired. They know they are making a difference. They are happy.

Happy people are 35% less likely to get sick, and live seven years longer. Happy people earn a million dollars more over the course of their lifetime, according to “Happy for No Reason” author Marci Shimoff.

If you’re not bouncing out of bed excited to start each day, work with a certified coach who can help you get excited about life again.

For example, one of my clients is a young widower. He was working at a stressful, unsatisfying job that was killing him. His blood pressure skyrocketed, and his doctor warned him to reduce stress. When my client decided to pursue his passion, his life transformed.

Now, he has achieved his life-long dream of becoming a published author. He’s excited about life and eager to help others. Having personally experienced the life-changing impact of being coached, he’s taking the coach certification training at the Grief Coach Academy, so he can help others.

“Be the change you want to see in the world,” said Gandhi. While one person cannot transform the entire planet overnight, we can all contribute to a better environment by choices we make in our own lives.

TOP 10 ANTI-AGING TIPS
1. Let go of toxic emotions with a qualified therapist or certified coach.
2. Let go of clutter. Create a peaceful, harmonious home.
3. Let go of rushing. Be peaceful now.
4. Eat healthy, real, organic food. Avoid sugar and processed food.
5. Drink 8+ glasses of purified water per day.
6. Exercise 4+ times per week. Choose an activity you enjoy.
7. Get plenty of sleep. Your body heals and recharges during sleep.
8. Meditate or take a peaceful walk in nature every day.
9. Surround yourself with positive people. Be one yourself.
10. Find your passion. Then take action to improve the world.

You don’t have to be a Rockefeller to collect art.

I saw this subtitle of a documentary film by Megumi Sasaki recently and was very interested as it refers to a couple of unconventional art collectors that I had the pleasure to meet numerous times in New York in the 80s and 90s. Herb Vogel was a postal clerk and Dorothy Vogel was a librarian and despite their modest means, this couple was able to build one of the most important contemporary art collections in history.

They began with small artworks due to the size of most New York apartments. The small pieces were also more affordable. After decades of befriending and supporting artists through purchases, their multi-million dollar collection was recently donated to the National Gallery. Richard Tuttle, Chuck Close, Christo and Jeanne-Claude, Lynda Benglis, and Lucio Pozzi are just a few of the artists’ work they acquired. Needless to say, the work increased in value monumentally!

Speak to any collectors and they will tell you that building a collection is a gratifying and intellectually stimulating experience. For many, buying art is more than a hobby, it’s a way of life – one that involves visiting galleries and museums, belonging to arts organizations, planning vacations around art fairs and museum shows, attending lectures, taking classes and reading.
